ELASTIC THREAD TYING MACHINEThe FP ASTRO wire tying machine is suitable for tying both small, particularly delicate products and rigid products of variable size.It can be used to tie electrical cables, branches, vine and hazelnut cuttings, food and technical products.With the simple tying of the elastic thread, the FP ASTRO-C2 secures bundles of flowers or vegetables, bundles and bundles of small industrial products such as pens and flexible tubes, tying of labels on jars (preserves, mustards, jams, pickles), small bundles of labels, adhesive labels and many more. The minimum diameter of a beam is 7 mm.The machine is designed and engineered to be used also in automatic lines, on request vertical or upside down versions can be created.The FP ASTRO-C2 is equipped with a renewed FEED IN mechanism which ensures high speed and accurate binding of the product.This knot tyer is also equipped with a release system (KRS) that controls the release of the knot.In this way the product is tied with minimal tension so as not to be damaged.Minimum wear of the knotter thanks to the KRS system which increases the reliability of the knotter.The base plate is made of aluminium.
