IBC TANK HEATERS FOR 1000 AND 640 LITERS - TEMPERATURE RANGE 0-90°C The IBC tank heater is used to quickly and conveniently heat liquids or other materials contained within the 1000 or 640-liter tank, making them less viscous and more fluid, or to keep them at a constant temperature. Many materials such as fats and syrups are too viscous at room temperature, so heating the tank facilitates emptying, minimizing product waste. Useful in various industrial sectors, it allows heating contents such as liquids, oils, butters, resins, or other chemicals. Additionally, using the tank heater prevents freezing or alteration of sensitive materials and improves production process efficiency. It is especially suitable for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and oil industries. Its acquisition guarantees proper thermal treatment and better storage of the materials contained in IBC tanks, reducing damage and optimizing subsequent emptying without waste. They are equipped with two or three practical digital thermostats (depending on the chosen version), each adjustable from 0°C to 90°C for temperature management. The thermostats have an automatic shut-off function. Each thermostat is equipped with a 3 m long power cable with a Schuko-type connection plug. To further improve and speed up the heating of the tank and contain heat dispersion, it is recommended to use the thermal insulating lid, which is placed on top of the tank and equipped with an opening window corresponding to the lid. The lid can be purchased separately. Lightweight and practical to use, they are designed for prolonged use and intensive work cycles. Made of a resistant jacket of layered materials, equipped with adjustable straps for fixing to the drum, and with an IP40 protection rating, the heaters are suitable for use during the transport of the tanks. The heaters are equipped with a thermal fuse, a safety device that activates when the temperature reaches 167°C. IEC protection: Class II - 16A fuse.
