AIR BAG PLUS TF50 - ELECTRIC MACHINE TO CREATE PROTECTIVE AIR CUSHIONSThe PLUS TF50 model is a professional equipment for making air cushions for packaging.Completely electric, reliable and easy to use, this machine can form air bubble cushions, without the use of compressed air for inflation. The reels that can be used have a width of 200 mm, suitable for filling empty spaces, or a width of 400 mm, more suitable for the protection of delicate goods.The machine is equipped with an intuitive and easy-to-use touch screen display, through which operation and operating parameters are checked. The working speed is adjustable between 8 and 12 meters per minute approximately, according to the size of the cushion to be formed.The mechanical components and the frame, made entirely of steel and stainless steel, and the external body in thermoformed ABS, make the PLUS TF50 robust and compact. Suitable not only for use in the food and pharmaceutical fields, but in all those sectors where it is necessary to pack fragile products.The air cushions, sold in convenient reels, allow the storage of the latter in small spaces, unlike traditional protection and filling materials, which are more voluminous and bulky.
