AISI 304 Stainless Steel Strapping Kit Stainless steel strapping is fireproof, UV-resistant, with a working temperature of -80° to +538°C and is used in environments exposed to particular weather conditions such as rain, humidity, saline environments. At the time of use, the operator unwinds from the roll a certain length of band suitable for the type of fastening to be realised, inserts the relevant clamp and by means of the special tensioner realises the fastening. The kit consists of: - No. 1 Universal tensioner FP S 262 Tensioner suitable for strap widths from 6.4 to 19 mm. Assemble the tensioner by screwing the handwheel around the screw pin. Insert the seal into the strap and wrap the product to be strapped. Tension the strapping by hand. Hook the tensioner onto the strapping and turn the handwheel until the desired tension is reached. Push the front lever of the turnbuckle forward to cut the strapping. Fold the strapping flap back on itself and finally close the seal flaps using a hammer.
