FPES HIGH TEMPERATURE DRYERS
The FPES dryers allow to dehumidify and purify the compressed air used for the power supply of the pneumatic equipment increasing performance and decreasing the risks of contamination, for example, of the food during packaging. They consist of the radiator unit, pre-filter and dryer. The dryer works with a heat exchanger, with copper pipes and aluminum cooling fins, a pre-filter equipped with automatic condensate drain, and the heat exchanger module made entirely of aluminum with patented design. Thanks to the vertical structure occupy little space, they also work in extreme operating conditions (up to 50 °C ambient and 100 °C input) and are designed to allow a high energy saving.
Allow to treat the compressed air according to high quality standards, according to ISO 8573.1. The dryers are qualified by class 5 for the residual moisture and class 3 for the maximum concentration of solid contaminants.
