FAST MOSAIC MOVER is a high production automatic system for composing the mosaics (marble, ceramics, glass) in the relevant grids or trays. Thanks to the use of a robot equipped with a special fan, FAST MOSAIC MOVER picks up the mosaic pieces directly from the cut, inserting them into the trays that will then go to the gluing machine. The use of the robot, compared to the previous systems, allows great reduction of working time, incredible precision, greatly reduced cycle times and consequently, an increase in company productivity. FAST MOSAIC MOVER is available in three versions: • Single suction cup to assemble coloured mosaics using different shaped pieces. • Suction line 4x30 cm to allow the robot to simultaneously pick up all the pieces in the same row. • Suction plate 30x30 cm highly recommended for the large-scale production of both monocoloured mosaics, and multicoloured mosaics in random patterns.
