SPL COMPACTLINE is a compact edge profiling machine designed to produce a variety of edge profiles on porcelain, marble and granite strips. It brings industrial profiling know‑how into a machine with a reduced footprint and simple operator handling.

Tooling and adjustment
To simplify tool setup, the four 4 HP profiling heads are manually adjustable in vertical and horizontal axes. All heads are protected by stainless‑steel guards fitted with safety microswitches.

Cooling and water system
The machine features a water distribution system to cool the grinding wheels, including a 0.37 kW submerged pump, a flow rate of 200 liters/min and a 190‑liter tank.

Operation and application
SPL COMPACTLINE enables production of profiled edges in limited spaces and by non‑specialist personnel thanks to its compact footprint and straightforward controls. It is suitable for edge profiling on porcelain, marble and granite materials.
