When preparing oil seed meat for further oil extraction, the meat needs tobe prepared in the form of pellets or cake for proper oil extraction. Formaking this pellets/cakes the meat has to be heated and dried to thecorrect temperature and moisture. Conditioner FX-Series is designed tocondition the meat correctly and efficiently without damage of its oil cells.Important parameters considered in conditioned design are its residencetime and uniform conditioning. As the input feed rate is increased ordecreased, the moisture content and the meat flow in the system can bechanged to control the effective residence time.
