This machine has been made with the purpose to make easier and to increase, both in quantity and in quality, the welt sizing process. The BG01 is used side by side with a suitable sizing machine; it collects the welt on reels after it has got the mastic from the sizing machine. With an easy programming, the BG01 numbers the metres of welt that you need to work and put it into the reels; when the programmed numbers of metres is reached, the BG01 stops automatically itself and the sizing machine. After the reel has been filled with the programmed quantity of welt, the operator just need to take it from the BG01 and put it on a suitable support that you get with the BG01. The support can be put side by side to any kind of macine that applies welt. You can easily move the BG01 since it has wheels, it has also a system of aspiration for the gas of the mastic. OPTIONAL System to connect to head of the sizing machine to the BG01 through a suitable slide.
