This automatic screwing unit is developed by FIAM Utensili Pneumatici Spa. It has an assembling unit consisting of four fastening slides with double stroke, and an air nutrunner for the tightening at a particular height. The slides are autonomous, and are capable of working in a synchronous mode. This depends on the needs in the production. The unit is using a pneumatic electric system with an interface with the current system. Two feeders come with the product for the processing of long screws in a length of 100 mm.
