Product description
FICEP, in cooperation with inTEC, supplies a continuous primer coating line for steel assemblies, profiles and plates. The system is engineered for automated preservation, finishing and drying of non-welded parts and can be integrated in-line with shot blasting systems to form a continuous surface treatment line.

Main features and equipment
  • AIR BLOWER STATION TO REMOVE CONTAMINANTS AND WATER RESIDUE: air blowers for removal of dust, dirt and water according to material and project specifications.
  • PREHEATING STATION & DRYING SYSTEM: drying technologies including air circulation, UV and infrared, with telescopic and transverse dryer arrangements.
  • PAINTING UNIT WITH AIRLESS SPRAY GUNS: precision coating with paint supply systems, storage containers and airless spray guns.
  • DRY FILTER BOOTH: project-specific dry filter spray booths, inflow and exhaust air units; inTEC can supply RTO systems for exhaust air treatment.
  • MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING: chain or roller conveyors, integration with existing transport lines, loading/unloading stations, traverse carriages for longitudinal and lateral movement.
  • 3D-SCANNING & COMPONENT RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY: 3D material recognition identifies contours of weldments and parts so coating guns are automatically controlled to reduce defects, overcoating and overspray.
