Carriage VL-1

The VL-1 drilling carriage can be used as part of the VS-1 drilling set or can be used separately and is designed for drilling short bores with diameters of up to 50 mm and a maximum length of up to 12 m. The advantages of the VL-1drilling mount are its small dimensions and low weight. The drilling set is designed to be operated by one employee. The drilling mount is used in tunneling and extraction in the mining industry (ore mine) and underground constructions (collectors and galleries with small profiles). The size of the drilling mount makes it ideal for use in places that are small and difficult to access. The drilling carriage is used to drill short bores for construction fixation and reinforcement in the area of concrete construction rehabilitation (bridges, dams, etc.). Its light weight allows it to be easily carried so a supporting construction, e.g. scaffolding, can be assembled using fast sleeve fast couplings. Working principle The VL-1 drilling mount consists of an aluminium body produced from a pressed profile. In the upper part of the drilling mount is a slide servicing loading to attach the drilling hammer and the guiding on the body of the mount. The faces of the mount contain caps with pulleys for winding the wire during movement of the hammer. The front cap contains the guide for the drilling bar. In the rear of the mount is the controller containing the control elements, i.e. 3-way and reduction valves to move the mount, control the hammer and control water rinsing. The VL-1drilling mount can be fitted with an auxiliary movement cylinder for using the drilling mount application on the VS-1 drilling column.
