The Filics Unit then automatically handles 5-10 transports per day over a distance of 50 to 150 meters - without any additional effort for the employees. Full load carriers are transported to a transfer zone at the waste compactor and new, empty pallets are provided again so that the picking process can continue seamlessly. This reduces transport times and ensures more efficient use of working time. The Filics Unit ensures that employees are always supplied with the required products that need to be repacked and processed for customer orders. It transports load carriers over short distances from the provision area to the work station and on to the dispatch line. While the employee concentrates on the value-adding work, the Filics Unit automatically exchanges the finished and empty pallets. The employee simply informs the Filics Unit via the user-friendly interface when a pallet is ready for collection. By eliminating the need for shunting, additional space has been saved, resulting in more storage and repacking space.
