Description

Pillard Oxycheck™ is a stable and accurate analyzing probe for a real-time measure of oxygen concentration in combustion flue gas. Pillard Oxycheck™ ensures fuel-efficiency of the industrial burner. SMART DESIGN As a fixed device, Pillard Oxycheck™ analyzer is installed in industrial stacks and connected to the electronics unit by a cable (up to 10 meters). Pillard Oxycheck™ consists of an electronic unit and a measuring probe, maintaining the integrity of the electronics during the operation. A signal lamp on the electronics unit keeps the operator informed that the electronics are operational when at a distance from the industrial stacks. RELIABLE OPERATION The zirconium dioxide measuring cell fitted in the sensor ensures no sensitivity interference, thus providing reliable and accurate readings. Pillard Oxycheck™ measures precisely the oxygen concentration thus improving energy performance. It complies with SIL2 certifications, guaranteeing operational safety. EASY MAINTENANCE The unit has a reduced maintenance time with a calibration process every 6 months. Soft cleaning of the sensor and the filter is made easy. The sensor (comprising the measuring cell), is fitted at the probe tip and can easily be withdrawn by unscrewing the sensor. CERTIFICATIONS — IP65, protection rating EN60529 — SIL2, 61508 OPTIONS — Tailor-made probe length — Remote control SERVICES — Commissioning assistance — 3-year warranty — Maintenance contract
