Polishing of inside panels for the automotive industry.
The purpose of this machine is to highgloss polish the inside car panels.
The most powerful machine FLADDER® 400/GYRO is used.
Because of the 3 dimensional shape of the workpieces a special made circular shaped bed is used for fixation.
Pneumatical fixtures and jigs - on which the workpieces are attached during the polishing operation - are mounted on the circular bed.
With 2 powerful gear heads.
In order to achieve a satisfactory polishing finish it is necessary to equip the machine with 2 powerful gearheads.
It gives at total of 12 spindles on which the large polishing tools are mounted.
The machine works in automatic mode with up to 10 programs where settings defined during tests are used.
