Flexplas downstream unwinder helps de-coil wire coils used in the production of PVC steel wire hose. Our decoiler has been specially developed to unwind galvanized steel wire coils. It features independent tension control using sensors to ensure perfect conveying of the wires from factory reel to Flexplas reel. Application PVC HOSE with STEEL WIRE HELIX reinforcement – The wire used in the “Flexplas Wire Feeding machine” usually comes from the factory on factory-made coils that are not suitable for use in the wire feeding machine. Thus, wires need to be de-coiled and recoiled onto the wire feeding machine’s unique quality wire reels. Flexplas unwinder is the perfect downstream tool to ensure a good de-coiling and recoiling of the wires to best fit wire feeding machine’s operation..
