Product overview
Coolants used in machining machines can become contaminated over time by accumulation of waste oils from slides, hydraulic systems and other machine components. These oils form a surface layer that creates density differences, reduces coolant homogeneity and shortens coolant service life, increasing operating costs.

How MINIBELT works
MINIBELT belt-type oil scrapers collect and remove the floating waste oil film from the coolant surface. By continuously extracting surface oils, the device maintains coolant homogeneity, limits bacterial growth and extends liquid service intervals, resulting in lower maintenance and operating costs.
