Fluorten PTFE rotary shaft seals are made using the most advanced technologies, with the seal lip preloaded radially using a special thermal moulding process. To avoid leaks and for a better internal seal, an O-Ring is inserted. Only the highest quality materials are used, to ensure a wide range of applications. PTFE rotary shaft seals are the perfect solution for applications under operating conditions that cannot be met safely by traditional elastomer solutions. They are designed to operate efficiently in environments that require high wear resistance and excellent chemical resistance. The PTFE rotary shaft seals also guarantee excellent performance in conditions of both wide thermal range and high pressures and are suitable in case of poor lubrication, dry running and in the presence of high circumferential velocity. Our lip seals are widely used, for example, in screw and rotary compressors, blowers and pumps.
