Description

Overview
The LT 600 system produces parts cut to size using a bar loading system and a cutting machine with an up‑feed blade. 11 versions are available, configurable by depth and length of loading/unloading magazines, feed direction (right/left) and cutting unit type.

Main features
  • Cutting unit: up‑feed blade with 90° lead‑out for 90° cuts.
  • Bar loading system: automatic loading magazine for accumulation and horizontal transfer of profiles. Version with loading roller table available.
  • Loading capacity: 9 to 13 bars can be loaded depending on the version.
  • Controlled bar feeder: integrated inside the cabin.
  • Unloading magazine: allows accumulation and compacting of the cut pieces. Versions available with plane out or unloading tunnel.
  • Multiple configurable options: depth and length of magazines, feed direction (right/left) and cutting unit type.

Integrated software
FSTLine is the management software for Fom Industrie cutting and machining lines. FSTLine allows users to complete all phases of machine programming using a single application, from programming machining operations to work‑list management.
