Description

CHANNEL Made of PP (polypropylene), it has a smooth internal surface, semicircular in shape to facilitate maximum water flow in order to avoid stagnant water. The channels present a male-female connection for easy assembly and better stability during the passage of vehicles. Outside it presents a honeycomb structure with additional 8 ductile iron brackets, so as to guarantee good adherence of the surrounding concrete. FRAME The protective frame is realized in ductile iron ENGJS 500-7, high and strong, it is firmly fixed on the channel and gives greater resistance to wearing during vehicle transit. GRATINGS The rectangular gratings with parallel rectangular slots, they are made of ductile iron and they are conform with the EN1433 standard class D400, they are bolted to the frame through eight m10 screws per metre. The surface has a anti-skid and anti-clogging grip. THE CHOICE OF THE APPROPRIATE LOAD CLASS FALLS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DESIGNER / SITE MANAGER. IN CASE OF DOUBT (SUCH AS PARTICULARLY HEAVY TRAFFIC AND/OR HIGH LOADS), IT IS ADVISABLE TO CHOOSE THE CLASS ABOVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED.
