Description

The new Transilon Type E 12/3 U0/U10 MT black has been developed for applications in the recycling industry and is used in particular for sorting or separating waste using optical sensors (NIR, X-rays ). The black matte pvc top face guarantees less light reflection required for use on conveyors with optical sensors. The robust triple-ply design reduces the risk destroying the belt if hard or sharp products damage it accidentally. The top layer fabric’s black, therefore ensuring disruption-free sorting – even until replacement of an accidentally damaged belt. Applications • Sorting center / separating machine systems • Optical sensors, NIR sorting • X-ray • Sorting after label remover (de-labeler) • Infeed / outfeed and transfer Properties/Advantages • Polyvinyl chloride Shore A 83 top coating => excellent wear resistance • Color black and surface matt => minimal light reflection (optical sensor) • 3-plies belt construction => robust and resistant to sharp steel edges, long service life • Smooth running at high speed • Black color PE fabric on 1st layer => ensures continuous sorting operation, even if the top coating delaminated by accident until replacement gets ready
