NocoLab Series Alluminium brazing furnaces Main Features: • Low cost to purchase, operate and mantain • Small size • Simple and quick to install • Can be fully tested before despatch • Easily transportable • Round muffle for improved atmosphere circulation and heat transfer General Purpouse: Alluminium brazing for all forms of heat exchangers, cooling radiators, heat cores, air conditioning, intercoolers, condensers and evaporators. The NocoLab brazing furnace series was conceived with the aim of making the Nocolok aluminium brazing process affordable to users that, otherwise, could not afford the large investments needed to purchase the continuous or semi-continuous plants available on the market. The NocoLab units are fully functional, continuous brazing furnaces, suitable for both laboratory tests and small-scale production. Tests performed on those furnaces are fully scaleable to larger plants, but the furnace in itself is a fully functional small-scale brazing unit. Due to standardization, which is not always possible in larger plants, usually tailored to user needs, the NocoLab brazing furnaces are both compact and low cost, while ensuring high process quality. The cylindrical structure of the furnaces improves gas circulation, while ensuring excellent heating uniformity. Each unit includes a heating and brazing area, a cooling area with its inlet and outlet tunnel assembled in to a single unit. The electrical and gas panels are also part of the unit. The NocoLab brazing plants also include preheating, drying and nitrogen distribution systems. Both traditional and innovative nitrogen distribution systems are available.
