Description

The Fornnax Granulator TR-1400 is a single-shaft heavy-duty machine designed to accept pre-shredded steel-free rubber mulch, wire cables, plastics, and many other non-ferrous materials for downsizing particles up to 4 mm. The machine is driven by a 120 HP to 150 HP motor, which provides sufficient power and torque to the rotor shaft. Low-cost blades and replaceable screens make the technology very reliable and efficient. FEATURES SECOND-TO-NONE-SERVICEABILITY The hydraulic hopper and screen opening ensure easy maintenance. ADVANCED BEARING HOUSING Advanced Bearing Housing – isolates bearings from cutting chamber contamination LOW MAINTENANCE COST Multiple time re-grind blades for low cost operations LONGEVITY Replaceable wear plates -to increase the durability of the cutting unit. PRECISION CONTROL Specific Stop Feature: Control feeding according to load percentages to maximise efficiency and protect against damage.
