2. Eplosion-proof measures: The solvent area needs explosion-proof electrical and electrostatic grounding.
3. Wastewater treatment: Reaction by-products (such as amines) need to be neutralized.
Common Problems and Solutions
1. There are many bubbles in PU glue: Check the vacuum degassing parameters or the moisture content of the raw materials.
2. Unstable curing speed: Adjust the catalyst ratio or the ambient temperature and humidity.
3.Short storage period: Optimize the sealed packaging or add stabilizers.
