Reactor Reactor is the core equipment in DOP production line and is used for esterification reaction. The main reaction in reactor is the esterification reaction of phthalic acid and 2-ethylhexanel to produce DOP. condenser 2. Condenser Condenser is used to cool the reaction gas and collect the volatilized water. The esterification reaction releases water. Condenser condenses the water vapor into liquid water through cooling water or other media and separates it from the reaction system. 3. Separator / Fractionation Tower Separator or fractionation tower is used to separate the by-products produced during the reaction, such as unreacted raw materials and low molecular weight by-products. The purity of DOP can be improved through processes such as distillation and fractionation. 4. Dehydration Device Dehydration device is used to remove the water after the reaction to ensure the completeness of the reaction.
