The PCB Conveyor belt are engineered for heavy-duty 24/7 application and extensively engaged as transport units of FOUR PACK automatic handling lines. PCB frameworks are realized in painted steel while the Z-Jointed FDA PU belts slides over easy removable stainless steel AISI 304 plates. The centering of the belt is controlled and correct by micro switches and lever detection of the belt offset. PCB end rollers are assembled on maintenance free bearings and tension rollers are fitted screw adjustable frames. PCB elements are controlled by Inverter and the modular construction facilitates assembly, transport and belt replacing operations. With the opening of the main retractile belt it will be possible to reject the whole production (normally product not compliant) The belt below for collection of the not compliant products starts automatically at the opening of the retractile belt.*
