The channeling plate PDB is mounted on a mobile structure able to self-centering in respect of the products flow at its entry, through a motorized lever. The motor is controlled by two photocells installed on the external rows, which compensate an eventual sliding of the entry belt. The passage of the products occurs for gravity, with a proper inclination of the plate, which allows a deposit contained by the guides mounted on the belt downstream. The PDB is made in AISI 304 stainless steel and manufactured upon specific customer’s requirements in order to grant a perfect canalization of the products arriving on the next belt. Four Pack is specialized in the manufacturing of multi format channeling plate; the system can manage different number of files on the same production line, through a quick format change.
