The advanced artificial intelligence integrated into the optical sorters (Intelligent Mode) automatically creates a sorting program by analyzing compliant and non-compliant samples according to several criteria: color, size, surface, and shape. Thanks to this system, the parameters are defined automatically, without depending on the skill level of the operators, which guarantees optimal results. The software incorporates a “master” camera whose settings are automatically applied to other sections of the machine, ensuring high accuracy and simplified operation. Intelligent Mode also adjusts parameters in real time during sorting to maintain consistent performance, even when the quality of incoming products varies.
