Description

Product overview
The FL-Wapp Flow is a microwave moisture sensor designed for continuous measurement of moisture and water content in pumpable media. It provides reliable readings for liquids and viscous materials such as shotcrete, sprayed mortars, refractory products, suspensions and sludges. The sensor features a stainless steel housing, aluminium oxide ceramic measuring surface and IP67 protection for use in demanding industrial environments.

Usage and applications
Designed for inline installation in pipelines, screw conveyors and mixers with small diameters. Typical applications include process control and quality monitoring in construction material production (shotcrete, mortars), refractory manufacturing, sludge handling, and other fluid or viscous media dosing and mixing processes.

Special Features
  • Easy installation in common pipelines
  • Suitable for small-diameter pipes, screw conveyors and mixers
  • Wireless parameterization and calibration via WLAN-capable devices (software / Android app)
  • Proven microwave measuring principle for moisture content
  • Additional temperature measurement
