Description

Product Overview
The FL-Process Scan is a wireless moisture, temperature and humidity measuring system developed for installation in confined conditions and small-volume mixers. It captures process parameters during mixing and refinement to support process development and reproducible mixing trials. Measurement data are logged and can be exported in Excel format for analysis.

Usage and applications
Designed for monitoring mixing, granulation and refinement processes in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food production and construction materials. Suitable for laboratory and tumbler mixers from approx. 50 L. Wireless data transfer enables remote monitoring and straightforward documentation of test runs for process optimization.
