Description

Heavy-duty transmitters for outdoor use our GC-ME series are supplied with a robust, pressure die-cast aluminium housing with aluminium sensor part. It is a very robust construction, especially developed for outdoor use. For extreme applications (near the sea, desert, mountains, areas with high air speed etc.) we recommend our stainless steel sinter filter. It measures relative humidity and temperature, in air and other non-aggressive gases in temperatures up to 80 °C. Capacitive MELA® sensorchips Equipped with the highly dynamic capacitive MELA® sensor element, the sensor provides reliable performance across the full humidity range. Using the MELA® sensor element ensures long-term stability, resistance to dew formation, minimal hysteresis, and strong dynamic capabilities.
