Description

WHY USE GALVANIZATION BY CENTRIFUGATION The centrifugation technique, also called galvanization by spinning, is used to galvanize small parts (fasteners, screws, threaded rods, …). Excess zinc is removed during the centrifugation process to reduce the excessive thicknesses of zinc in the threads of the bolts, or the holes of fasteners. We offer centrifugal galvanization for your small parts on our GALVA 08 sites (click here to see the GALVA 08 video) and GALVA 45. THE ADVANTAGES OF CENTRIFUGATION BY GALVA UNION All the corrosion protection qualities of hot-dip galvanizing for small parts. A good quality of finish which very often makes it possible to avoid the mechanical recoveries of the galvanized parts. Several decades of experience in centrifugal galvanization allow the GALVA UNION group’s teams to master this process perfectly. Centrifugation is an economical solution when it comes to galvanizing a large amount of small parts.
