Description

The heating tunnel are used to achieve perfect drying of products enrobed with fondant. The heating process is performed by an adjustable flow air loop controlled by an electronic card and infrared ray heaters with ceramic insulation. An independent heating unit, adjustable up to a maximum temperature of 75°C, is placed every 6 meters along the tunnel. The stainless steel belt width is 300 mm for the TU300F model and 400 mm for the TR400F model. The belt feed speed is adjustable for both the models.
