ROTOR-WET the NEW TECHNOLOGY from Garboli ROTOR-WET is an innovative machine and unique on the market. Thanks to two independent motors, this unit is positioned among the orbital deburring machines range. One motor gives rotation to the orbital disc while the other allows the brushes rotation. Simultaneous motors rotation allows to debur tubes and bars with round, square, rectangular section as well as irregular shaped profiles subject to almost any cutting angle. With respect to any other similar machine, ROTOR-WET is suitable for WET deburring on items up to max 210 mm (square 150x150 mm). Refrigeration coolant is automatically filtered, keeping it therefore free from processing residuals that could damage machine components. Big advantage offered by the orbital deburring is the capability of removing burrs both internally and externally (for tubes and profiles), without rotating the part during the process. Workpiece centering is simple and user-friendly allowing to execute deburring operations in just few seconds time. Machine is equipped with INVERTER device to adjust brush rotation speed, allowing to use any brush type in accordance to material and/or deburring process involved. All these components, along with a heavy and sturdy frame, grant the best machine performances. Taylor made solutions and equipment are available on request, such as special holding and feed system or touch screen and PLC for processing parameters setting.
