In high-demand data center environments where continuous, reliable cooling is required, the Data Master™ MegaFlex™ cooling hose is engineered to maintain coolant cleanliness, resist kinks and withstand flame and ozone degradation. It supports high-flow cooling loops and simplified routing in compact configurations.

Key features

• Proprietary tube compounds: zinc-free, peroxide-cured EPDM formulated to reduce coolant contamination.
• MegaFlex technology: 1.5:1 MBR to hose ID ratio enabling tighter bends and easier routing across sizes.
• Flame-resistant cover: UL94V-0 certified and tested to UL224 VW-1 standards for enhanced safety in critical environments.
• Color options for system coding: white (multi-purpose large I.D.), blue (supply), red (return).

• Tube material: zinc-free, peroxide-cured EPDM formulated for cleaner, contaminant-reduced coolant.
• MegaFlex design: 1.5:1 MBR to hose ID ratio for tighter bends and simplified routing.
