Compact automatic toothbrush production line
The HEPTA-FM machine is a high-speed filling machine with one filling tool, running up to 1000 tufts per minute. The HEPTA-FM/1200 runs up to 1200 tufts per minute. Both versions run extremely quietly and vibration-free. An integrated finishing machine is standard. The machine is equipped with an automatic handle feeder with positive transfer of the handles, from the moment they leave the handle container to the moment they are placed in the turret clamps. After filling, the products are trimmed, end-rounded and cleaned in the integrated finishing machine, with stations available for more operations. The use of handling devices with servo-motors reduces the cycle times in case of brushes with few tufts, so that up to 35 brushes per minute can be produced ( HEPTA-FM : up to 30 brushes per minute). Trimming units and end-rounding units all have their own drive motor and can be put in any order in the process. The longitudinal end-rounding gives a consistently smooth and glossy end-rounded surface finishing along the length of the brush head.
