Hot seal unit for full carton blisters The modularly built Hot Seal Unit 35 series with a flexible pallet transport system can be easily adapted to accommodate individual requirements. The system forms and seals blisters with a height up to 70 mm made of 100% cardboard (mono-material blisters) also processes recyclable, preformed PET and PLA blisters and combines different materials to produce blisters, and even with sealed side flaps if required. The performance is up to 12 cpm, with a sealing force up to 30 kN. Equipped with transport pallets with a format size of 260 mm x 280 mm, ILLIG designed the versatile packaging system specifically for 100% all paper blisters with an inlay to fix the products in place inside the cardboard blister.
