Under the plastic bonnet you will find every service company's dream, all components are simple and easy to reach, the GRP bonnet opens almost completely over the engine and compressor unit. The new MIXMAN HURRICAN is environmentally friendly, robust and maximally adapted to construction site operation.
The new Hatz Diesel 4H50TICD engine complies with the latest European exhaust emission standard STAGE V and, with its specific consumption of just approx. 210 g/kWh at the best point, is one of the most economical in its class. With these values, the MIXMAN ORCAN sets new standards among construction machinery engines, forgetting soot and smoke at start-up or during engine operation. The constant speed saves fuel and reduces wear, making daily operations on the construction site easier. Just as convincing as the perfect equipment and the simple operation. Even in the age of the necessary controls with common rail technology, the engine control is easy and comprehensible to operate at the touch of a button.
The ACGB-70 compressor unit of the MIXMAN HURRICAN combines the robustness required for construction site use with maximum power. Only the Hatz 4H50TICD diesel engine may be used up to a maximum speed of 2,850 rpm.
Even in extreme heat, the MIXMAN HURRICAN works at full power. The hot air generated is optimally discharged to the front via the bonnet and the chassis, while the necessary cooling air is drawn into the interior from above via the hood.
The engine-compressor unit starts up without load, which is particularly gentle on the starter motor and ensures that the machine starts smoothly.
