Description

Machine works with rotary table system as 3 station 1. Loading and Unloading station 2. Heating station 3. Vacuum molding station Beside thermoforming machine; separate trimming & punching unit is also included in Project. Side Trimming and punching units operate integrated together. With PLC and servo motor control ; the changing of dimensions can be operated from control panel. The infrastructure of PLC is new generation Siemens motion controlled systems. The required safety systems can be integrated. Prescribing is available on touch screen. Pneumatic components are Festo, safety equipment’s and components are PILLZ, linear systems are INA.
