Product information
The HVU Lite integrates a cyclone pre-separator with a high-efficiency antistatic cartridge filter to separate and filter fine dust particles effectively. The antistatic cartridge filter provides approximately 5 m² of filter area and achieves 99.9% filtration efficiency. Compact dimensions allow installation in confined workshop spaces and the unit is intended primarily for indoor use in small industrial or automotive workshops.

Optional expansions and variants include automatic filter cleaning using compressed air (requires 3.5–5 bar clean, dry air) and an automatic start/stop function. Model variants include HVU Lite 300 and HVU Lite 300 FRQ, the latter offering options such as overload protection and frequency inverter control for optimized performance. The unit has 100 mm duct connections on the cyclone front and top for flexible system integration.
