Controller for gas detection in refrigeration systems and heat pumpsThe GMA200-F is a controller for fixed gas detection systems specifically developed for monitoring natural and synthetic refrigerants. A single GMA200-F controller can monitor up to 64 digital GfG transmitters and individually control up to four ventilation zones. The system is designed for safe and energy-efficient operation of refrigeration systems, cold stores and heat pumps.
Gas Monitoring and Ventilation ControlThe GMA200-F monitors up to 64 digital GfG transmitters (including up to 16 analog measuring points). Different transmitters for gases such as ammonia, carbon dioxide, propane or fluorinated refrigerants can be combined within one system. Measuring ranges and alarm thresholds are freely configurable to adapt to various refrigerants, system designs and national regulations. Ventilation control for up to four independent zones enables demand-driven ventilation, increasing safety while reducing energy consumption.
Flexible Configuration and Control of Safety FunctionsThe device provides three freely configurable alarm levels per measuring point for targeted responses to leaks. A backlit 2.2" LC display and 20 status LEDs indicate operating conditions, alarms, faults and the status of relays and ventilation zones. With optional configuration software, the complete gas detection system can be configured and adapted to installation requirements. Safety functions are implemented via eight integrated relays (six freely programmable). For larger installations, the controller can be expanded with up to four relay modules (GMA200-RT), supplying up to 64 additional relay contacts. Alternatively or additionally, up to 64 digital alarm panels with audible alarms can be integrated for flexible adaptation to diverse safety concepts and plant configurations.
