This device is extremely flexible producing rolls of 9 mm width up to logs of 300 mm maximum external and 3” – 1 ½” internal diameter and can slit width changeover in 10 mins in real time. It has a working width of 1000-2100 mm, score and shear knives and razor blades for slitting which can slit or cut through any type of self-adhesive materials like paper, aluminum, cloth etc. It can produce rolls of 50 mt in 33 seconds, 100 mt in 3 minutes, and logs of 50 mt in 20 seconds.
