PLASTIC SPOOLS. RS70/BA delivers solutions to high productive volumes due to its high performance of 3-4 cycles/min without manual intervention. It permits working widths up to 1600 mm and sitting widths from 1-10 cm. The maximum diameter of the finished rolls is 55 mm and uses standard zig-zag score knives for slitting systems. The internal spool diameter possible is 25 mm and slitting width change over time is approx. 30 min. It used in applications for adhesive rollers, plasma coating threated, on silver re-winder and un-winder.
