Delivering accurate UV-VIS and spectrum data with up to seven specific wavelengths simultaneously for analytical and preparative aplications using the 171 and 172 Diode Array Detectors (DAD). With fiber optic light paths in either fixed or remote flow cell configurations, the DAD is ideal for analytical, semi-preparative, and preparative HPLC applications. With a remote flow cell, the power of the detector is located directly at the outlet of the column, which yields virtually no peak broadening. An interchangeable flow cell design allows for both 171 and 172 Detectors to accommodate analytical and semi-preparative to preparative applications.
