The basic models GIPOREC R 90, GIPOREC R 100 and GIPOREC R 131 can be extended using 1-deck to 2-deck screen units. With these advanced impact crushing units, the crushed final product can be screened and a qualified finished grain can be produced. The basic models can be extended as per your requirements and can be transported and operated with or without the screener. This saves investment costs, reduces fuel consumption and lowers the environmental impact. The oversize recirculation conveyor is permanently mounted to the plant and does not have to be removed for transport. The screener can be attached to or removed from the crushing plant in less than 10 minutes.
