Overview:
The P159TDA is a single-channel, panel-mounted temperature controller and programmer designed for integration with Globe heat treatment units. It executes programmable temperature profiles to control heating and cooling cycles with precision up to 1200°C.

Applications:
Designed for programming and controlling post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) and preheating of pipe welds and welded fabrications in industrial welding and fabrication environments, up to 1200°C.

Features:

• Programmable profile including start temperature, ramp-up rate, hold temperature, hold time, ramp-down rate and end temperature.
• Twin digital displays showing PV (process value — actual workpiece temperature) and SV (setpoint value — target temperature).
• User-selectable deviation alarm output (can be configured as overtemperature alarm or interpass temperature warning).
• Includes two mounting clips and two ferrite sleeves for installation and EMI suppression.
