The ErgoMover Manipulator is a battery powered transport trolley with 1100 kg load capacity with two hydraulic functions: 1) 150 hydraulic elevation of the platform with up to 1100 kg loads. 2) Tilt of 1100 kg load (plasterboards) into vertical position. The platform can hydraulically elevate 150mm which allows you to position 2 or 3 trestles underneath a plasterboard package. Once trestles are positioned under the load, the platform is lowered till the load rests on the trestles and the forks are either straightened or removed, which enables you to drive the ErgoMover away underneath the load resting on trestles. The Ergomover then is ready to pick-up the next load. Logistic of plasterboards becomes very easy with the ErgoMover Manipulator. The ErgoMover Manipulator can also hydraulically raise a stack of plasterboards into vertical position. This will reduce stress on the shoulder, elbow, hand and back of the plasterboard installers. Once the ErgoMover manipulator has tilted the packages of plasterboard in vertical position, the special ErgoMounter (extra equipment) cart can go between the forks, pick up 1 or more plaster boards, which then can be effortless transported till the wall installation. Also, ErgoMover Manipulator, can be combined with Ergoloader storage racks. It will hydraulically tilt 1100 kg plasterboard into the ErgoLoader rack, and if the carpenter has several plasterboard packages resting horizontal and one plasterboard resting vertical in the rack, the stress to shoulder, back and legs becomes significantly less, compared with manual turning of plaster board sheets.
