Automatic rotary marking machines for in-line hot-marking with coloured ribbon of smooth pipes made of: PVC-PP-PE. The coloured ribbon placed on the roll-holder slides between the marking stamps – designed and made by Gnata – and the pipe: the marking wheel is heated and thermoregulated and allows the hot-marking through thermal transfer of the writing on the pipe. The fusion of the surface of the pipe with the coloured ribbon grants a coloured marking without the need of inks or solvents. The machine, thanks to its “all around” movement, rotates on the circumference of the pipe and applies the marking horizontally in regards to the pipe.
