Spool SL 2

GOEBEL IMS spooling machines are available in two different models in order to combine the most suitable spooling technology according to the material to be processed: SL2 model hold the strips in position and shuttle the rewind shafts back-and-forth to form the spools, while SP 4 model works in the opposite way oscillating the strips and keeping the rewind shafts stationary. Both machines allow up to 24 spools and feature a dedicated software program designed for an extremely fine interface between the different motors, so as to enable shaping the spools with the best desired configuration (amount of overlap between strips, smooth edge return, etc.). For those Customer with spooling volumes still not up to saturating a traditional spooling unit, we can also offer a hybrid solution (RU-SP 4) where the Customer is in condition to slit and rewind standard reels and also alternatively to spool.
