GrayWolf’s disruptive new DirectSense II probes are now offered with an optional internal WiFi card. In conjunction with our versatile GrayWolfLive® cloud platform, these probes can now communicate via WiFi directly to smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop PCs; just about any internet connected device. Access data from probes in the same room, on another floor, in another building, or on the other side of the world. These cutting-edge air monitoring probes accommodate from two, up to eight, plug-and-play smart sensors into a single handheld, desktop or wall-mounted housing. Choose from 25 different IAQ, green building, IH and HVAC parameters including; TVOCs (PID), Carbon Dioxide (NDIR), Ozone (EC), CO, NO2, NH3, SO2, NO, Cl2, H2S, HCN, H2, %RH, °C/°F and many others. The DirectSense II probes can also connect to GrayWolf’s AdvancedSense® meters which enable added parameters such as Particulates, Differential Pressure, Air Velocity and Formaldehyde. The probes come with a charging stand that includes wall-mounting brackets for continuous monitoring applications. A built-in fan draws air across sensors, improving sensor response time. The true plug-and-play sensors allow the end-user to easily reconfigure the probe parameters onsite. Calibration information is stored on the sensor smartboard. As monitoring IAQ parameters is a key application for GrayWolf, extensive effort was put into assuring that the sensor smartboards would not introduce noise or degrade accuracy, stability or limits of detection (LODs) for the convenience of end-user swappable sensors.
